OUR WINE
At the foot of Mount Buso, on the southern slope of Euganean Hills Park, the farm extends over mainly calcareous lands planted with vines for the production of Merlot, Cabernet and Serprina grapes. The clay soil and flat areas of the farm are home to the apricot and pear orchards. Part of the fruit produced is made into juices and jams.
We use detection processes to detect the presence of fungal diseases that can grown in the natural environment and only use pesticides that have a minimal environmental impact.
Sincere and simple production processes give life to our regional Merlot I.g.t., Cabernet Franc I.g.t. and Sparkling Wine made from Serprina grapes.

SPARKLING WHITE WINE
This wine has a pale-yellow colour with bright green nuances and hints of acacia. It’s a classic aperitif and ideal accompaniment to hors d’oeuvres made with ham, pasta and summer vegetables.
MERLOT
Made from the most beloved grapes grown in the Euganean Hills, our Merlot has notes of marasca and elderberry and is a classic choice for every meal.
