OUR WINES

At the foot of Monte Buso, on the southern slope of the Euganean Hills Park, the farm extends over predominantly limestone soils planted with vineyards for the production of Merlot, Cabernet and Serprina grapes. In the flat part of the company, in a clayey soil, there are apricot and pear orchards, where part of the fruit produced is transformed into juice and jams.

With particular attention to the environment, integrated pest management is practiced, where with the help of detection stations, interventions with pesticides are carried out only for the incubation of fungal diseases with low environmental impact treatments .

Sincerity and simplicity are linked together in the winemaking process giving life to a production of Merlot Igt, Cabernet Franc Igt and a Sparkling White from Serprina grapes.

SPARKLING WHITE

This wine of a straw yellow color with green nuances, brilliant, with notes of acacia is born from Serprina grapes. Classic aperitif and ideal accompaniment to ham appetizers and summer vegetable pasta.

MERLOT

From the most loved grape of the Euganean Hills with its notes of morello cherry and elderberry, it is a classic wine for the whole meal.

CABERNET FRANC

Red, cheerful and exuberant young man announces itself with herbaceous hints and pleasantly accompanies cured meats and grilled meats
