TRADITION IN THE KITCHEN

From the restoration of an old farmhouse whose origins date back to the eighteenth century, some small rooms have been created on the ground floor and an ideal room for groups where you can taste the specialties that the Alba farmhouse offers.

We are open on weekends and for special occasions. We are happy to create with you the menu of your special occasions such as wedding, confirmation, communion, birthdays, degree and much more … always available to satisfy your requests with the authenticity of Mamma Lucia’s dishes. On request we prepare dishes for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs to meet the needs and tastes of all our guests.

Catering based on farm products is based on old peasant recipes, all accompanied by excellent wines from the Euganean Hills .

Schizzoto bread will delight you right from the start accompanied by mixed cold cuts and many omelettes.

Bigoli with duck sauce, homemade vegetables, lasagna with hare and rich seasonal risottos are prepared with egg pasta .

The meats range from roast duck, sweet and sour guinea fowl, mixed grilled meat, roast leg of pork, grilled beef cut, polenta and musso, roast kid and finally the braised goose prepared exclusively in autumn or with peas. in the spring period. Desserts range from jam tarts to fresh fruit desserts, dry desserts and parfaits.
